The 2nd International Conference on Green Hydrogen 2024 is set to take place in New Delhi from September 11-13. The event, launched by India's Minister of New and Renewable Energy, aims to position India as a global leader in green hydrogen production and export under the National Green Hydrogen Mission. With 120+ exhibitors and 6,000 delegates expected, the conference will focus on various aspects of green hydrogen technology, including production, storage, and downstream applications. The event will feature innovative components like a green hydrogen hackathon, poster competitions, and a CEOs' roundtable to foster dialogue and collaboration in the green hydrogen space. The Indian government has made significant progress post-Mission launch, awarding manufacturing capacity and green hydrogen production contracts, with pilot projects in the pipeline for sectors like steel, shipping, and mobility. The conference will also host a Scientific Poster Competition and a CEOs' Roundtable to facilitate knowledge-sharing and industry growth.
