CMMZE Invest Limited and PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd have joined forces to establish the CMMZE-PERIC Consortium, dedicated to advancing green hydrogen projects. Their primary focus is the development of a 550MW green hydrogen production facility in Tunisia, symbolizing a crucial step in the global shift towards sustainable energy. CMMZE will take charge of overseeing project activities, negotiations, and agreements, while PERIC will contribute its expertise in hydrogen technologies to ensure the success of the initiative. The consortium's collaboration is in line with an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the Tunisian Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy, with arbitration procedures following the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. Both companies have expressed excitement and commitment to the project, highlighting the potential to set a new standard for sustainable energy endeavors.
