The Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, inaugurated the Tuticorin International Container Terminal (TICT), marking a milestone in India's maritime progress. Various projects, including infrastructure upgrades and CSR initiatives, were inaugurated, focusing on safety, sustainability, and community welfare. The signing of land lease agreements with major companies indicates further development and investment in the region, driving economic growth and modernization.
