(QIMC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Black Tree Energy Group Sàrl (BTEG), aiming to expand natural hydrogen projects in the U.S. The partnership combines QIMC's expertise in natural renewable hydrogen with BTEG's infrastructure development and financial structuring capabilities. By integrating technical know-how and financial strategies, the companies plan to drive large-scale hydrogen projects to meet the increasing demand for hydrogen in the United States. The collaboration will involve detailed geological surveys, reservoir assessments, and strategic site selection to identify optimal natural hydrogen extraction opportunities across the U.S. Additionally, it will focus on providing advanced technical expertise, conducting feasibility analyses, and managing projects efficiently. The partners will also work on securing long-term offtake commitments and developing infrastructure for hydrogen production, transportation, and storage. Moreover, they aim to explore opportunities in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS), geothermal energy, and the extraction of other valuable gases to enhance sustainable energy initiatives in the U.S.
