Sungrow Hydrogen has entered a partnership with ACME Group to supply water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment for a 320MW green ammonia project in Oman. This agreement marks the beginning of cooperation between the two companies in the Middle East. The project, a significant part of ACME's green energy strategy in the region, is expected to commence operations in 2026 with an initial production capacity of 300 tonnes of green ammonia per day. This move is slated to enhance Oman's presence in the global green hydrogen industry. Sungrow Hydrogen's profile in the global green hydrogen sector is on the upswing, with forthcoming certifications for its electrolyzer products and the operation of a substantial hydrogen production platform. The company's manufacturing capabilities have also been boosted with the inauguration of Plant No.2, featuring an automated assembly line for ALK electrolyzers to improve production efficiency. Sungrow Hydrogen is actively engaged in various large-scale green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol demonstration projects globally, emphasizing collaborations to drive the evolution of green hydrogen initiatives worldwide.
