Sungrow Hydrogen, based in Hefei, China, has entered into a supply agreement with ACME Group to provide water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment for a significant green ammonia project in Oman. The agreement involves supplying multiple sets of 1000Nm³/h ALK hydrogen production equipment and flexible green hydrogen production solutions for the 320MW project. Scheduled for completion by 2025, the project forms a crucial part of ACME Group's green energy strategy in the Middle East, aiming to initiate operations in 2026 with an initial green ammonia production capacity of 300 tonnes per day. This initiative is poised to enhance Oman's standing in the global green hydrogen industry. Sungrow Hydrogen's growing competitiveness is exemplified by upcoming certifications for its electrolyzer products and the operation of the world's largest Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Empirical Platform. With the recent launch of Plant No.2 at the Sungrow Hydrogen Intelligent Manufacturing Centre, featuring an automated assembly line for ALK electrolyzers, production efficiency has seen a substantial increase of 60%, elevating the annual production capacity to 3GW. Sungrow Hydrogen remains dedicated to participating in large-scale green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol demonstration projects worldwide with the goal of advancing the global green hydrogen industry through collaboration with international partners.
