Advent Technologies has been approved to participate in the RESCUE project, aimed at developing portable fuel cells for backup power during natural disasters, funded under HORIZON-JTI-CLEANH2-2024-04-01. The project has a total budget of €5 million, with Advent's approved budget being €2.16 million. Led by DLR (Germany) and involving partners from Greece, Denmark, and Germany, Advent will play a key role in providing technology for the development of a certified 50 kW portable power generator system based on HT-PEM technology. This system will be housed in separate 20-foot containers for mobility and deployment purposes.
