China International Development Corporation Limited (CIDC) has announced the successful establishment of the joint venture company, Flex Fuel Eco Company Limited, formed in partnership with Flex Fuel Hydrogen Development Group Limited. This JV Company now holds FlexFuel Hydrogen Development (Shenzhen) Company Limited, which has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with MCC Tiangong Group Corporation Limited, a leading construction enterprise affiliated with CMC, a state-owned enterprise under the Chinese Central Government. The JV Company has swiftly expanded its operations by setting up over 60 hydrogen decarbonizing and cleaning stations in more than 20 locations in China, including Beijing, Wuhan, Xinjiang, the Northwest region, Guangdong province, and Macau. This expansion aims to drive green energy solutions and capitalize on opportunities in the hydrogen technology sector. FFHD, under the Strategic Collaboration Agreement, will deploy its hydrogen injection cleaning systems for engines across various industries. By securing service agreements with major PRC conglomerates and commencing revenue generation, the JV Company is poised for sustained income growth. The collaboration with MCC Tiangong is seen as a transformative step in hydrogen innovation for CIDC, positioning them at the forefront of green energy transition in China. Flex Fuel Hydrogen Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of French Flex Fuel Hydrogen Development Co., Ltd, focuses on hydrogen research, development, and production equipment to provide energy solutions that align with market demands and sustainability goals.
