Club Car will unveil its latest electric street-legal vehicle, the Club Car Urban XR, equipped with various cargo options including a dump truck bed for convenient hauling and dumping of payloads. Throughout the roadshow, key industry suppliers will engage in panel discussions led by Tim Echols, emphasizing the advantages of clean fuels for municipal and commercial fleet operators. The event will showcase a variety of vehicles, including electric, hydrogen, and near-zero alt-fuel options, with Georgia Power presenting programs and services for EV charging support. Additionally, the event will cover the growth of Georgia's clean transportation network and economic development. Various organizations such as Blue Bird, Alliance Autogas, EPA, and Clean Cities Georgia will provide insights into clean school bus funding, while Atlanta Gas Light and Cummins will discuss the benefits of renewable natural gas for vehicles. Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. will introduce hydrogen-powered golf cars and boats, showcasing sustainability in marine transport. Qcells will highlight solar cell and modular plant progress as the host sponsor of the Savoy Automotive Museum stop on July 10th. With federal funding available for clean fueling and infrastructure and Georgia's leadership in EV automotive manufacturing, the Georgia Clean Energy Roadshow aims to empower audiences with the necessary resources for energy efficiency and resilience. The event, which is free for fleets and government attendees, serves as an educational platform to support the state's transition towards sustainability and greener practices.
