NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) and the Energy & Water Academy (EWA) have joined forces to launch a specialized vocational training program in NEOM and Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, aimed at equipping Saudi nationals with the necessary skills for the green hydrogen sector. The program, supported by the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund, offers a 2-year Technician Training Programme and a 1-year Engineers Training Programme in Renewable Energy Technology & Green Hydrogen. Trainees will receive hands-on experience, a stipend, world-class instruction, and comprehensive support at EWA's state-of-the-art training center. The initiative, part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, emphasizes industry collaboration and sustainability. NGHC's CEO, Wesam Y. Alghamdi, highlighted the importance of investing in education to drive the success of the company and the clean hydrogen revolution in Saudi Arabia. Tariq Al Shamrani, CEO of EWA, emphasized their commitment to fostering innovators and meeting industry demands.
