Plug Power Inc. has entered a significant partnership with Allied Green Ammonia (AGA) to supply 3 GW of electrolyzer capacity for AGA's green hydrogen-to-ammonia plant in Australia. AGA will power the electrolyzers with a 4.5 GW solar plant, producing 2,700 TPD of green ammonia for sectors like agriculture and transportation. The agreement includes developing technical specifications to attract investors and secure financing, with manufacturing expected to begin in Q1 2027 upon a positive Final Investment Decision by Q2 2025.
