Hyamtec will cater to a £40 billion market in the UK by providing hydrogen-rich gas for industrial heat decarbonisation, converting ammonia for power generation in various industries, and producing purified hydrogen for fuel cells and transportation needs. The company recognizes hydrogen as a key element in decarbonising heavy industry, with a shift towards green hydrogen plants expected to lead the way in new capacity by 2030. Despite challenges in hydrogen storage and transportation, especially over long distances, Hyamtec's technology offers a promising solution by converting ammonia back to hydrogen on-site efficiently and cost-effectively.
