The project, known as HPP1, secured UK Government funding and aims to be the country's first large-scale low-carbon hydrogen initiative within the HyNet Cluster. With a production capacity of 350MW and the ability to capture 600,000 tonnes of CO2 annually, equivalent to removing 250,000 cars from the road, HPP1 is crucial for decarbonising industrial operations.
