Additionally, buyers would receive a hydrogen fuel refilling card worth $15,000 valid for six years, along with a 0% APR financing offer from Toyota Financial Services, resulting in a potential purchase price of $13,000 before taxes. The discounted offer also extends to the 2024 Mirai, with up to $33,000 off the Limited trim and $25,000 off the base XLE trim, combined with the $15,000 fuel card and 0% financing for 72 months. Despite these deals, sales of the Mirai have been impacted by the closure of Shell's hydrogen refilling stations in California, leading to a significant decrease in units sold compared to previous years. Similarly, Hyundai Nexo sales have also seen a decline, highlighting the challenges faced by fuel cell electric vehicles in the absence of adequate refilling infrastructure in the region.
