An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13.08 lakhs and a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) are necessary for project security. The development is set to take place at the KPCL Bellary premises in Karnataka, with a submission deadline of January 13, 2025. A pre-tender meeting is scheduled for December 26, 2024, in Bangalore.
