A hydrogen refuelling station, equipped with two dispensers operating at a 350 bar pressure and a total capacity of one tonne of hydrogen, has been inaugurated in a public transport depot in Germany. This station allows for the easy expansion of refuelling capacity for hydrogen buses and is regularly supplied by Everfuel using special trailers. Although developed by Everfuel, the station is owned by ICB and will be utilized to refuel 23 fuel-cell buses from Solaris, a Polish manufacturer. In addition, ICB has placed an order for nine more Urbino 18 Hydrogen buses from Solaris in April. Everfuel's Sales Director, Lars Jakobsen, commended ICB for being pioneers in transitioning to hydrogen and emphasized the significance of this station in making hydrogen accessible for heavy-duty mobility fleets in Germany. The supply contract for hydrogen delivery has been secured for a minimum of three years, indicating a long-term commitment to sustainable transport solutions.
