Additionally, the Minister discussed the successful expansion of LPG coverage under the Ujjwala scheme and the anticipated increase in oil and gas production. The refining sector is also witnessing advancements, with projects such as BPCL's greenfield refineries, GAIL's ethane cracker unit, and IOCL's Cauvery Basin Refinery in Chennai.
