Wrightbus has announced its re-entry into the coach market after more than 30 years, introducing two new vehicles to their lineup. The first vehicle, the Contour, is a low-emission 55-seater coach designed for comfort and efficiency, with a lead time of just six months and various customization options for customers. Additionally, a zero-emission hydrogen coach is under development in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, set to be launched within the next 18 months. This hydrogen-powered coach aims to drive decarbonization in the sector, featuring a 1,000km range and advanced technology.
