Both companies will work on developing hydrogen storage, transport, and refueling station equipment tailored to the local market. Hydrexia will contribute its advanced magnesium-based solid-state and refueling station technologies, while YamatoH2E will handle integration and act as a sales channel. To comply with local regulations and preferences, the partners plan to localize certain aspects of Hydrexia's technologies.
