Symbio has revealed its industrialized version of the StackPack™ 75 hydrogen fuel cell system at the H2 & FC Expo in Tokyo. The new system boasts cutting-edge performance metrics in terms of compactness, operating temperature, and modularity. Specifically tailored for intensive uses in buses, coaches, trucks, as well as handling and construction equipment, the 75-kW power output system is optimized for heavy-duty urban and intercity mobility. With its compact design, weighing 200kg and occupying a volume of 268L, it enhances payload capacity, range, and integration ease. The high operating temperature of 85°C improves heat dissipation efficiency and reduces cooling requirements, promoting energy savings and vehicle integration. Additionally, its modularity allows for customization to meet various technical and operational needs, supporting the combination of multiple StackPack™ units to achieve the desired power output. Symbio's technology focuses on delivering superior performance while ensuring cost-effectiveness over the vehicle's lifecycle. The StackPack™ 75 is prepared for mass production at the SymphonHy gigafactory in Europe, which has received IATF 16949 compliance, underscoring Symbio's leadership in fuel cell technology.
