Jakson Green Infinity, the electrolyser manufacturing arm of Jakson Green, has achieved a significant milestone by shipping its first batch of 3.8 MW electrolysers to power India's inaugural green hydrogen refuelling station located in the National Capital Region (NCR). The company's commitment to advancing green hydrogen adoption in India is emphasized through local manufacturing of electrolyser components combined with imported electrolyser stacks. This initiative contributes to a cleaner environment by providing clean hydrogen fuel for various applications, solidifying the company's role in India's transition to green hydrogen. The Managing Director, Bikesh Ogra, highlighted the importance of green hydrogen in India's low-carbon transition, emphasizing the reduction of dependence on imported crude oil and pollution. The Head of Manufacturing, Bhaskar Bose, acknowledged the challenges in establishing in-house operations for the new technology but praised the team's dedication in overcoming them. Jakson Green Infinity's advanced manufacturing facility in Greater Noida has the current capacity of 300 MW, poised to expand to meet the growing demand for electrolysers. Through these efforts, Jakson Green Infinity aims to strengthen its position as a key player in India's journey towards sustainable hydrogen-based energy solutions.
