NTPC's Simhadri power plant is embarking on a groundbreaking initiative by establishing a 1 TPD seawater to green hydrogen plant in the Parawada area near Visakhapatnam. While the initial plan included the Kakinada area for the bulk drug park, the central government's advice led to the selection of Anakapalli district for its establishment on government lands.
