Furthermore, efforts were made to boost tourism by emphasizing the significance of the Buddhist Circuit in attracting Japanese tourists to Uttar Pradesh. Ko Osada also mentioned plans to encourage people from Yamanashi Prefecture to visit Buddhist sites in the state. The discussions also revolved around creating employment opportunities for Uttar Pradesh's youth in Japan, with an emphasis on language training and skill development. To support education, Yamanashi Prefecture proposed offering scholarships to students pursuing studies in the region.
