Hydrom, in partnership with the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit and Ministry of Energy and Minerals, inaugurated a two-week Ecosystem Readiness Lab aimed at assessing the nation's infrastructure preparedness for a green hydrogen future. The lab, chaired by H E Salim Nasser al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals, focuses on five critical workstreams. These workstreams delve into construction capabilities, workforce development, regulatory enhancements, logistics requirements, and local content promotion across various sectors. The ultimate goal is to formulate a comprehensive roadmap with detailed plans and resource requirements to ensure the successful implementation of Oman's green hydrogen ambitions.
