Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Raj Kumar Singh, India’s minister of electricity, new and renewable energy, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on areas of electrical interconnection, green clean hydrogen, and supply chains. The signing took place during the Middle East and North Africa Climate Week in Riyadh, a collaborative effort with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The MoU sets the stage for collaboration in electrical interconnection, joint production of clean hydrogen, and renewable energy projects between Saudi Arabia and India.
