Bosch Commercial & Industrial, in collaboration with Dunphy Combustion, has introduced the Uni Condens 8000 F, a fully CE-certified hydrogen boiler designed for non-domestic use. This innovative boiler is developed to facilitate hydrogen adoption in early-stage projects while remaining flexible for different fuel options in the current market. The Uni Condens 8000 F features dual-fuel capability, enabling users to effortlessly switch between hydrogen and natural gas, ensuring continuous heating and project consistency. With two separate gas trains combined into a single burner head, fuel switching can be easily done through a switch or Building Management System control, eliminating the need for onsite re-commissioning. Pete Mills, the Commercial Technical Operations Manager at Bosch, highlighted the goal of providing a worry-free heating solution for hydrogen projects, allowing project teams to focus on other project aspects with confidence in their heat source.
