ITM Power has been selected by EDF Renewables UK and Hynamics to lead the integration engineering package for Phase 1 of the Tees Green Hydrogen project based in Sheffield, UK. This project, part of the country's Hydrogen Allocation Round 1 and funded by the UK government's Net Zero Hydrogen Fund, aims to harness green hydrogen to support decarbonisation efforts and reduce industrial pollution. ITM Power's NEPTUNE II units, reserved for the project, will be integrated into the plant to provide sustainable green hydrogen for local industry and transport. The collaboration between ITM Power, EDF Renewables UK, and Hynamics signifies a step towards long-term sustainability and environmental responsibility.
