LTGEK will concentrate on producing green hydrogen and its derivatives, such as green ammonia, utilizing renewable energy sources like solar and wind power. The company's move is in line with its broader green energy objectives, with plans to launch 150–200 megawatts (MW) of electrolyser capacity by September 2025. L&T Energy Green Tech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has fully subscribed to the equity shares of LTGEK, amounting to Rs 1,00,000, showcasing a strong commitment to sustainable energy initiatives.
