In Hyderabad, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and other officials unveiled the Clean & Green Energy Policy-2025 for Telangana. The policy, applicable for 10 years, aims to ensure energy security, affordable power, and sustainability. With vast solar and wind potential, Telangana is set to develop renewable energy projects, energy storage systems, and green hydrogen production. Projections include 18,874 MW of solar energy, 2,528 MW of wind energy, and 6,000 EV charging stations by 2029-30. The policy also focuses on enhancing the manufacturing ecosystem, boosting investments, and creating job opportunities in the state.
