The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to supply power for Qair France's green hydrogen project in Port-la Nouvelle, France. This project, a collaboration between Qair France and AREC Occitanie, is currently under construction and is set to be operational this year. It aims to produce an initial 3,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually. The Occitanie region has been identified as a significant player in the hydrogen sector, with plans for a low-carbon hydrogen hub announced by a consortium of partners at Port-la Nouvelle.
