The Secretary for Environment & Ecology of Hong Kong, Tse Chin-wan, is set to travel to Singapore on October 20 to attend the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). At the SIEW Summit on October 21, Secretary Tse will deliver a speech titled 'Asia's Collaborative Journey to a Sustainable Energy Future' and engage in discussions with other participants. His agenda includes meetings with officials from the Ministry of Trade & Industry and the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore to discuss hydrogen development and green maritime fuel. Additionally, he will visit a local enterprise to gain insights into sustainable aviation fuel applications. Joining Secretary Tse are Director of Electrical & Mechanical Services, Poon Kwok-ying, and officers from Hong Kong's Environment & Ecology Bureau and Electrical & Mechanical Services Department. The Secretary is expected to return to Hong Kong on October 22, with Under Secretary Diane Wong acting in his absence.
