STEF Group, a leading European provider of transport and logistics services for temperature-controlled food products, has initiated two groundbreaking hydrogen projects in partnership with Toyota Material Handling Europe and Plug Power. These projects, situated in Athis-Mons, France, and Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain, signify a pivotal advancement in developing a comprehensive hydrogen ecosystem for material handling operations. By incorporating green hydrogen to power forklifts at these sites, STEF aims to improve operational productivity, operator comfort, and equipment lifespan compared to traditional batteries.
