United H2 Limited has formed a joint venture with GreenH2 LATAM, a move that aims to advance hydrogen production and technology adoption in Latin America and Europe. This partnership includes GreenH2 LATAM showcasing Alpha H2 hydrogen injection kits in the region, with substantial orders expected in 2025. Additionally, UHL will gain a 25% stake in GreenH2 LATAM, providing access to 70 hectares of land for green hydrogen plants and waste-to-energy facilities. Collaborative efforts are already underway to develop a 15MW solar farm and a 5MW hydrogen production facility in Mexico, with further projects planned in Colombia. The partnership is also exploring opportunities with potential customers for hydrogen vehicles. Notably, the development of green hydrogen in Brazil is projected to become cost-competitive, ranging from $2.70 to $5.60 by 2030.
