A specialized vocational training programme has been launched in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, by NGHC and EWA to equip Saudi nationals with the skills needed for green hydrogen production. The programme offers practical knowledge and hands-on experience in renewable energy technology. It includes a 2-year technician training programme for diploma or degree holders and a 1-year engineers training programme. Trainees will receive stipends, state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive support, and on-the-job training. The initiative is part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to lead in renewable energy and clean hydrogen production. The CEOs of NGHC and EWA expressed the importance of education and training in propelling the clean hydrogen revolution. This collaboration aims to prepare skilled professionals to lead the sustainable energy industry.
