The contract, awarded to Pansar's subsidiary Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd (PESB) in partnership with China Road & Bridge Corporation (CBRC), involves the construction of infrastructure and associated works for the KUTS Blue Line. Spanning from Stutong to Hikmah Exchange, the project encompasses architectural design, mechanical and electrical works, as well as roadworks, viaduct construction, and utilities protection.
