The 4th RE-INVEST Global Renewable Energy Meet and Expo, to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will take place in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The summit, organized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, aims to bring together global stakeholders in the renewable energy sector. With over 40 sessions, 25,000 delegates, and 200 speakers, the event will focus on key themes such as green hydrogen, onshore wind energy, and bioenergy. Partner countries and states, along with high-level delegations from various nations, will participate in the summit to explore investment opportunities and innovative financing models in the renewable energy space. Gujarat's Energy Minister will highlight the state's contributions to India's renewable energy goals and discuss expansion strategies for wind and solar projects. Discussions throughout the event will delve into achieving net-zero emissions, advancements in renewable technologies, and the importance of women in the energy transition. The summit will also feature sessions on bioenergy, battery energy storage, and hydropower, culminating in a valedictory session by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. This edition of RE-INVEST marks a significant step towards promoting sustainable energy practices and fostering collaborations for a greener future.
