This initiative is expected to create 7,500-10,000 new jobs in the logistics sector. The group will utilize its ports on India's west coast for the transportation of green hydrogen. The end users are likely to be government and municipal entities, primarily for operating buses, trains, and metro systems. This move aligns with the government's goal to transition 40% of hydrogen consumption to green hydrogen by 2030, marking a crucial step towards sustainability and environmental responsibility in the country.
