Construction is about to commence on a new hydrogen information centre at Central Queensland University, in collaboration with the State Government. The center, located at the Gladstone Marina Campus, aims to become a hub for coordinating hydrogen industry events and spreading awareness about the clean energy sector. This initiative is part of the region's effort to leverage its existing status as the home of more than half of Queensland's registered hydrogen projects. The goal is to provide a platform for educating and connecting the community with the hydrogen industry. Through unique experiences and knowledge-sharing opportunities, the center intends to foster engagement and support for hydrogen-related initiatives, positioning the region as a key player in the transition to sustainable energy solutions.
