This move is part of the company's strategy to identify and develop significant accumulations of natural hydrogen in prospective regions across the country. The Dove Creek project, strategically located near various basins and uranium-rich rocks, shows promise for hydrogen generation through radiolysis. Geophysical data, such as gravity and magnetic anomalies, indicate potential migration pathways for hydrogen, with helium wells suggesting active subsurface gas movement. The project, comprising 744 acres of mineral claims, allows Primary Hydrogen to conduct initial exploration and evaluation while securing rights for future hydrogen production.
