On November 28, 2024, at the Mantra Tonsley in Adelaide, the Accelerating Hydrogen Mobility Workshop took place, organized by SA-H2H™ Hydrogen Technology Cluster. The event aimed to drive hydrogen mobility forward in South Australia, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers. The workshop commenced with networking opportunities and insights from key presentations: - Pure Hydrogen showcased their latest innovations in hydrogen vehicles. - Foton Mobility discussed practical applications of hydrogen technology in commercial vehicles. - Cummins shared insights on challenges and opportunities in scaling hydrogen technology. - Toyota Australia presented their hydrogen strategy and upcoming developments in sustainable mobility. Ricardo, represented by Jorge Martin Gistau, introduced the SA-H2H Hydrogen Retrofit Project, focusing on retrofitting existing vehicles with hydrogen power to transition to net zero traction systems. The event also included interactive sessions on the SA Hydrogen Refuelling Network Strategy and a panel discussion on accelerating the use of hydrogen vehicles in South Australia.
