Thor Energy PLC, a company listed on AIM, OTCQB, and ASX, has engaged RISC Advisory, an independent energy advisory firm based in Western Australia, to conduct an independent evaluation of natural hydrogen and helium resources on licence area PEL120 in South Australia. This license is owned by Go Exploration, in which Thor is in the process of acquiring an 80.2% stake. The completion of this acquisition is imminent pending final conditions. License PEL120 is among the four granted licenses for natural hydrogen and helium in South Australia. Alastair Clayton, the executive chairman, expressed optimism about the future prospects at PEL120 following the transaction completion. He emphasized the importance of RISC's assessment in identifying drilling targets and setting a resource baseline. Additionally, he highlighted Thor Energy's expected market capitalization of A$14.5 million post-acquisition, along with a significant cash position. Clayton underlined the competitive positioning of Thor Energy in the natural hydrogen sector when compared to its peers in Australia and North America.
