BGR Tech Ltd., a subsidiary of prenora holding and an energy engineering company, has unveiled its advanced 100 kW Hydrogen Purification System in India. The system is designed to improve electrolysis-based hydrogen purification processes, delivering 99.999% pure hydrogen suitable for fuel cell applications and industrial uses. With capabilities to operate at high pressures up to 30 bar and offering a modular and scalable design, the system provides tailored solutions for various sectors. The purified hydrogen can be utilized as fuel for fuel cells, combustion engines, and industrial processes such as steel annealing. During the launch event, Bhupender Bhalla, Former Secretary of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) in the Indian government, emphasized the importance of clean energy technologies in India. The system's plug-and-play design allows for easy on-site manufacturing and commissioning, reducing fabrication time. Furthermore, industry experts highlighted the potential growth of India's green hydrogen manufacturing sector and encouraged BGR Tech to diversify its portfolio into other gas-based fields like biogas and methanol.
