Hyundai Motor Co. has announced the launch of a global recruitment program aimed at securing top-tier overseas talent in various engineering fields. The initiative includes opportunities for overseas engineering Ph.D. holders, foreign university students studying in South Korea, and overseas bachelor's and master's degree holders. The program will focus on key research areas such as artificial intelligence, battery technology, hydrogen fuel cells, smart factory systems, robotics, advanced air mobility (AAM), and cybersecurity. Application screening and interviews are scheduled for May and June, with finalists being invited to the company's Namyang Research & Development Center in South Korea for a final interview process. Additionally, internship programs will be offered in July and August, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
