Solaris, a subsidiary of CAF, has recently announced significant deals to supply hydrogen buses to cities across Europe. In Germany, REVG Kerpen has selected Solaris to provide 26 hydrogen buses equipped with 70 kW fuel cells and High Power batteries. Meanwhile, in the Czech Republic, Martin Uher Bus will receive ten hydrogen buses that will run on hydrogen generated from green electricity. This marks Solaris' first hydrogen bus project in the region. Additionally, Solaris is expanding its presence in France by delivering eight hydrogen-powered articulated buses to the city of Belfort. The project in Belfort involves the collaboration of SMTC and RTTB to enhance public transportation with eco-friendly solutions. These developments reinforce Solaris' position as a leader in the European market for hydrogen buses, showcasing their commitment to sustainable transportation and innovative bus technology.
