By recovering waste heat from the glass furnace flue gas to preheat and reform natural gas feed, the OPTIMELT™ TCR technology is projected to reduce fuel consumption by approximately 30%, showcasing a remarkable leap in energy efficiency. The implementation will also include the installation of a cutting-edge Centrifugal VITRON® VPSA plant to supply oxygen for the furnace, integrating Linde's latest advancements to enhance power efficiency and minimize the environmental footprint of the manufacturing process.
