Hyundai Motor recently introduced a revamped version of its Xcient heavy-duty hydrogen fuel-cell truck at the Advanced Clean Transportation Expo 2025 in Anaheim, California. The upgraded Xcient boasts a newly designed hydrogen fuel cell system and is tailored for various customer needs such as port transportation and medium-distance logistics. With a 180 kWh hydrogen fuel cell system and 10 tanks holding around 68 kilograms of hydrogen, the vehicle can support a wide range of commercial transportation requirements. Ken Ramirez, head of Hyundai Motor's global commercial vehicle and hydrogen business, highlighted the company's commitment to providing practical solutions for the transport industry's evolving landscape. Emphasizing a move towards sustainability, Hyundai aims to empower fleet partners in navigating a changing future. On the other hand, Kia announced the launch of a new global recruitment website, the Kia Talent Lounge, to enhance its hiring capabilities and showcase workplace culture.
