The visit also marked the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Singapore, with a special logo unveiling to commemorate the milestone, incorporating elements from both countries' national symbols. Furthermore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with President Tharman to discuss the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, focusing on future cooperation in sectors like semiconductors, digitalization, and connectivity. The discussions emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, digitization, sustainability, and education, showcasing the integral role of Singapore in India's Act East Policy and Indo-Pacific strategy.
