Next Hydrogen Solutions Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Sungrow Hydrogen Sci&Tech. Co. Ltd. to expedite the commercialization and scale-up of its water electrolysis technology. Through this collaboration, Next Hydrogen will utilize Sungrow Hydrogen's 3GW manufacturing facility to fulfill large volume orders starting in 2026 while retaining control over its Intellectual Property and electrolyzer design. Sungrow Hydrogen will also provide Balance of Plant systems to enhance supply chain efficiency. The partnership will enable both companies to explore co-development and cross-selling opportunities, offering a wider array of green hydrogen solutions for industries seeking to decarbonize. Plans for potential expansion of Next Hydrogen's manufacturing capabilities in North America are also in consideration to maintain localized production and compliance with regional clean energy policies. The CEOs of both companies have expressed optimism about the partnership, emphasizing the accelerated path to market and efficient production scaling that will meet the growing demand for green hydrogen projects globally.
