In a significant move towards sustainability, Abu Dhabi's Integrated Transport Centre has introduced a cutting-edge Green Bus service powered by clean hydrogen and electric energy. This initiative is part of the Green Bus Programme aiming to transform Abu Dhabi Island into a public transport green zone by 2030. Through collaborations with international partners, the programme conducts technical evaluations to select the most suitable hydrogen and electric bus technologies for the local climate.
