Hydrexia Singapore Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited, and Yamato H2Energy Japan have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on providing advanced hydrogen solutions in Japan. Under this agreement, both companies will work together to develop hydrogen storage, transport, and refueling station equipment tailored to the local market. Hydrexia will contribute its innovative magnesium-based solid-state and hydrogen refueling station technologies, while YamatoH2E will serve as a system integrator and sales partner, integrating Hydrexia's technologies and marketing the jointly developed products in Japan. To comply with local requirements, the collaboration will involve localizing certain aspects of Hydrexia's technologies, such as product engineering and heating systems, to ensure alignment with Japan's market specifications. The Chairman of Hydrexia, Alex Fang, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with YamatoH2E, highlighting the potential of their technology solutions to meet Japan's hydrogen market demands. Similarly, the President of YamatoH2E, Ikuo Hirase, emphasized the value that Hydrexia's hydrogen technology solutions will bring to Japan, aiming to meet the needs of their clients effectively. Both parties are optimistic about the collaboration's success and are dedicated to leveraging their strengths to introduce advanced hydrogen technology to the Japanese market.
